Who I am
This website is operated by Itay Shay. For anything related to your personal information, contact me at itayshaydesigns@gmail.com.
Information you send me
When you submit the project inquiry form, I receive the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, company, project type, budget range and message. The form is delivered through Formspree, a form-processing service, which forwards it to my email.
I use this information only to reply to your inquiry and discuss a potential project. I do not sell it, rent it, or add you to any mailing list.
Analytics
To understand how many people visit the site and where they come from, I use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and reports only aggregated, anonymous statistics such as page views and referring sites.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies. Your accessibility settings and language choice in the accessibility menu are saved only in your own browser's local storage. They never leave your device and you can reset them at any time from the menu.
Third-party content
- Videos are hosted on YouTube and embedded in privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Once a video plays, Google's privacy policy applies.
- Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads in order to deliver the font files.
How long I keep it
Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting project. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you've sent me. Email itayshaydesigns@gmail.com and I'll handle it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
