Ownership of the work

All films, images, text and design on this site are the creative work of Itay Shay unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, download, re-upload, edit or reuse them, in whole or in part, without written permission.

Brands and trademarks

Brand names shown in the Selected Work section identify the clients the work was created for. Works in the Spec Ads section are independent concepts created to demonstrate creative direction. They are not commissioned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the brands depicted. All trademarks, logos and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Inquiries

Submitting the inquiry form does not create an agreement of any kind. Any project is governed solely by a separate written agreement between the parties.

Third-party services

The site embeds videos from YouTube and links to external platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.
